Lyndall Dugdale

Lyndall Dugdale is the founder of Willowtree consulting. Lyndall has over two decades of experience in training, facilitation and organisation transformation, and was involved in the development of the Participlan facilitation technique.

Lyndall is passionate and energetic and is able to combine curiosity and creativity with tenacity and commitment to get results.

Through her work in Australia, South Africa and England she has shown her ability to engage and enrol people and is able to bring groups together, focus on the key aspects, organise ideas and achieve results in a trusting and neutral manner.
